一、向外经贸局申领自动进口许口证。

申领资料如下：

1.外商投资企业进口汽车申请表》（须盖鲜章并填写企业真实联系电话和联系人，并经该企业法人签章），一式二份。

2.《外商投资企业批准证书》复印件

3.营业执照复印件

4.验资报告复印件

二、选择港口口岸货代公司。

向货代传真资料如下：

1. 自动进口许可证

2. 进口合同

3. 进口发票

4. 装箱单

5. 海运提单（由船公司签发）

6. 提货单（由船公司签发）

7. 进口报关单

三、货代公司报关。

1.在开始报关后，由于汽车需要检验，所以在报关的时候需要出入境检验检疫机构的检验（汽车进口后在未通关提取**般放在港口的危险品仓库中），检验时需要提供的资料如下（货代一般根据提单来确定需要检验的资料）：进口汽车“3C”认证（较好能由国外提供），进口汽车合同，发票，提（运）单，装箱单，进口安全质量许可证（复印件），以非CFC-12为制冷工质的汽车空调器压缩机的证明以及海关出具的《进口货物证明》的正本及复印件等。

2.检验通过后出具由口岸检验检疫机构签发《入境货物检验检疫证明》，并一车一单签发《进口机动车辆随车检验单》

3.打印税单，交纳税费（进口汽车所需要交纳的税种有关税（25%）、增值税（17%） ）

4.取得缴税证明后海关放行

四、运到目的地

在办理正式牌证前到所在地检验检疫局登检、（用《进口机动车辆随车检验单》连同《入境货物检验检疫证明》，进口发票，进口合同，报关单，随车物品登记单，《进口货物证明》）换发《进口机动车辆检验证明》，凭以作为到车辆管理机关办理正式牌证的依据。
